How do I request an appointment with Campustown Dental?

You can request an appointment either directly from the website, or by calling the office at 515-292-7262

Do I need to arrive early for my first appointment?

Yes, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first visit.

What do I need to bring to my first appointment?

Drivers’ license, Insurance card, medication list, and any prior chart information from previous offices are things that are necessary for your first visit.

How do I become a patient at Campustown Dental?

You can call our number to set up your first visit.

What are the signs that I should see a dentist?

It is recommended that you seek a professional exam and cleaning every six months. If it has been longer than that, or if you have any concerns, it would be best for you to see a dentist. We also provide complimentary consultations if you are considering getting additional information on procedures such as implants and Invisalign® (clear braces).

Who will provide my dental care?

Our highly trained and friendly team of doctors, assistants, and hygienists will provide you with the best dental care.

I have a dental emergency. What should I do?

First, call our office. If it is during office hours, we will try to fit you in the same day. If it is after hours, there is an emergency number for you to reach a clinical member of our team. Each emergency varies depending on the situation so we will advise you based on your situation. If it is during office hours we will try to fit you in immediately.

What are your hours?

Monday 8-3 Wednesday 8-4 and Thursday 8-4.

Are you open on the weekend?

We are not but if you have a real dental emergency, please call the emergency number.

Do you provide dental services for families?

Yes! We love patients of all ages.

Do you accept any insurance plan?

We currently accept insurance plans from Principal, Wellmark, Guardian, Cigna, Delta Dental, United Healthcare, Humana and Ameritas.  

We are currently not accepting new patients with Delta Wellness and also not accepting Medicaid or any other state-funded insurance.

We also offer to finance through CareCredit, iCredit, Patient Fi and for patients without insurance, we provide our quality dental plan.

Is there a parking facility available?

Although there is a small parking lot on the back side of the building, facility for parking on the street is also available. (Please note that street parking does have parking meters)
