The place is neat and clean. Staff was very pleasant. My hygienist, Brooke, was very friendly. We seem to share a love of movies. The work was done efficiently and without pain, which is important to me. The dentist, Dr. McPherson, was very pleasant, too. All in all, a good check-up!

I went to them wanting to find out more about implants. I was very impressed with the information and decided to go through with it. 8 months later, I have 4 implants and a full bottom plate that snaps in and I could not be happier. Dr. Brown and the whole staff are top notch.

They also included a pair of follow-up visits at no cost to me to ensure that everything worked out to my satisfaction. Dr. Nahm was extremely friendly and did a great job of talking me through the progress in the procedure. I plan to be back to take care of my dental needs for as long as I’m in Ames!

Was at a conference in town when my temporary crown came off. They were able to get me in within a few hours and the technician that remade/replaced the crown (my original temporary one broke) did a fantastic job and had me out of there in less than 30 minutes. Excellent customer service and quality care.
